2013 honda civic Ex P0128
Honda Civic 2013 sedan , 1.8 ,Ex 147000 miles
Im getting a P0128 code even after replacing both thermostat and ECT sensor. I even tested the ECT circuit and only got 1.8 volts while connetor was both pluged and unpluged. I also ran the engine and unpluged the ect sensor and the fans stayed off? Please help thank You.
