Sometime my ac works but only on high

Any time I use my emergency break, no matter what the temperature is, my back passenger tire locks up. In the winter it is the worst as it won’t rotate at all until it decided to break loose, usually… 

My car remains accelerated in High. I have already changed the oxygen sensor and needle but the problem is still there.

I want to indentify each pin/wire on the headlamp connector...
