My 4wd light keeps flashing and the switch to change from 2wd to 4wd doesn't seem to work

Yesterday, when I started my car, the 4WD indicator started blinking and then stopped. I tried to start in H4 and noticed it was not possible, and when I turned the knob to L4, it did not work either.… 

Tail lights and parking lights not working

Won't go into 4wd or low 4wd and check 4wd red warning light stays on even when engine is running?
