Tail lights want come on, and, what fuse is it on my vehicle.

Hello all, my 99 Lincoln town car, the headlights, turn signals, hazards, and brake lights all work. However car when I put on the headlights, no tail lights come on. When I put the switch to running light position I get no running lights on in the front or rear. Any thoughts on what my issue could be?

I was driving my car and all of a sudden it acted as if it was in neutral I have reverse but no forward gears what could cause this

I’m not getting power to fuse 28 at the Interior fuse box, also I am not getting power to fuse19, 20,21,and 23 I am wondering if fuse 28 is fed from the fuse box under the hood with his power to the fuses that have stated where are these fuses being fed from?

MY 3RD LIGHT WENT OUT AND I WANT TO CHECK THE FUSE BUT CAN NOT FIND THIS LOCATION INFORMATION ANY WHERE. LINCOLN OWNER'S MANUAL SAYS 20(LEDS) BUT WHERE IS THE FUSE OR RELAY OR SOMETHING. I CALLED DEALERSHIP AND NO HELP. WHY IS THIS SO HARD AND FRUSTRATING. PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU

Replaced intake twice do to STUPID COOLING WATER inlet design flaw. None OEM parts are generally JUNK & DON'T LAST ! especially from China! EG: power window regulators , sensors , +++.

Install wiring from Kenwood radio on Town car 2006 Cartier with Alpine system to power amplifier in the trunk which I believe needs to be reduced to 5 volts, using original factory speakers. Need specific wire colors and location, please.
