Starting problem
Kia Rio 2009 kia rio 104000 km
I can't figure out why I can't start up 2009 kia rio. It won't start when it has been sitting all night and the next morning it is real damp outside or it has been raining. If it becomes a sunny day and everything dries, the car starts up just fine.
