Fuse 15 draws 0.35 amp - kills battery

Fuse 15, (40 ) draws 0.35 amp when key off. Drains battery in 1.5 days. What does it control - looking for wiring diagram and/or description. Found problem by putting multimeter set for 10AMP into circuit between neg battery post and cable - then pulling fuses to find one that dropped the draw. Found it - now not sure what it does.
