It's your instrument cluster. Mine did the same thing. Needs to be replaced or find someone who can fix the soldering.

F-350 2004 I’m getting no power to starter or the motor all fuses are good none of my cluster gauges work. I can go down to the starter and turn it over, but it still will not start. Keith switched nothing.
