The Engine Code p0191 is the Fuel Sensor Unit , after reading & seeing your video on how to remove & fit it I new that I could do it myself. I went to my local Ford Dealer & told him what I needed & how much was the Sensor Unit, my local Ford Dealer said that I would have to buy the whole Fuel Rail because they don't make them as a Single Unit & the price would be $800 + Fitting the. Rail with the Sensor, I showed this Idiot your video clip & he told me that your video was Wrong , so I told him too shove it I then went to a Spare parts shop & told them what I needed & they had 1 in stock for $370 , all I had ro do was to unsrew it the 1 in the video had 2 bolts but on mine ir was just unscrewing it , so easy I let my truck get COLD when I done the JOB, it took about 20 mins from start to finish. When I took the old part back in they said it's a non - genuine part , I told that Idiot that I would rather have a Bosch part than a Ford part. I just think that this Ford Dealer justs likes Ripping people off & if I ever need any parts in the future I will NEVER go back there. Best regards , Duke

My 2008 turbo Ranger just got wrtten off by insurance co after months of exhaustive independent engineer inspections after filling it with contaminated fuel at Woolworths /Caltex discount fuel. Just salvaged it as economic write-off from Pickles Auctions and would love to see link to the video you mention. The truck was my late Daughter's veterinarian truck so has great sentimental attachment.

Ford are waiting for a new theft module to arrive they are still doing some other tests while they have it, they are not happy that I'm not going to get any warranty on it and I feel they are really with me on this issue
If the new modular doesn't fix the problem and I'm not covered for any cost ill be suing the hell out of Ford Australia

Temperature raise SolvedSolved

Ford Ranger 2005  450000 miles
When the temperature is at its normal range, water starts to leave the deposit and, when there is a water deficit, the temperature raises. The odd thing is that the hose that carries water to the pump is always cold, even the hose that leaves the thermostat, and they are hoses that enter the superior part of the radiator and thus should be hotter. It seems as though water was not flowing. The thermostat is new, so it might be a housing failure, as the gasket was changed for a new and original one.

Buddy, your thermostat housing is damaged, so it is opening even with low pressures.

My ford ranger 3.2 t6 2013 cranks, starts and then stops

Ford Ranger 2013  200000 miles
My ford ranger cranks ,starts and then cut off again. I replaced my old engine with another engine, turbo charger, throttle board. It usually cranks and then starts again after a few minutes or hours. Sometimes it goes into safe mood but after a few minutes it removes itself again and sometimes it stops whilst trying to reverse it. What might be the problem?I've tried putting it on the machine bt the only issue being shown is to do with the rear speed sensors but my mechanic believes this has nothing to do with it cranking, starting and then failing to start again whilst showing a battery light and oil light switch light on the dashboard.

Chook from Australia a year ago
Check the big plug behind the passenger kick panel in the footwell. It is pulled tight and the pins can progressively pull out of the opposing plug, dropping power to dash and security immobilizer. Unplug and check all pins and sockets are the same length (push in from behind if not).

Engine won't crank

Ford Ranger 2019  9000 miles
Have a 1.5 year old 2.0 bitubo ranger. On hitting the push start button, engine won't not crank and dashboard icons lights will come on. However, trying again after a few minutes will always work. This phenomenon is intermittent and recurs once every 2 to 3 weeks. The service center had change out the starter relay, but the issue happened again after 8 weeks. I appreciate any suggestings on what could be the problem... As this had been dragging for the past months. So far, Ford warranty center could not solve my problem. Thanks
