Ford Ranger 2002 3.0L 77000 miles
I can start the truck without a problem, Drive it to the grocery store for example and when I come back out of the store to drive home, the truck will not start. I wait and wait for it to cool down, because that seems to make the difference. Finally call for a family member to take me home. Go back the next day, get in and it starts right up. I have been searching the internet and it appears this is a very common problem with Ford vehicles.
Is there some kind of heat sensor in the starting loop I can check?

I’ve changed the scv, fuel filter.
Mechanic says the pressure sensor is leaking or fuel rail quoted $1500 must be a cheap fix?
