There could be several reasons why your 2006 Ford F-150 won't start even though you've replaced the starter, fuel pump, driver fuel module, and starter relay. Here are some possible causes:

Fuel pump relay: The fuel pump relay could be the issue if the pump is not getting power. Check the fuel pump relay and make sure it's functioning properly.
Fuel pressure regulator: If the fuel pressure is good, the next step is to check the fuel pressure regulator. It could be stuck open and causing the engine to stall.
Fuel injectors: Clogged or dirty fuel injectors can cause issues with the engine running properly. Clean or replace the injectors if needed.
Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor: A malfunctioning MAF sensor can cause the engine to run poorly or stall. Check the MAF sensor and make sure it's functioning properly.
Throttle position sensor: A faulty throttle position sensor can cause the engine to stall when you try to drive. Check the throttle position sensor and make sure it's functioning properly.
Engine control module (ECM): The engine control module (ECM) could be the issue if it's not providing the proper signals to the engine components.

I have read that a front windshield leak causes the GEM module to short out if at any time you have things that come on and off without you turning them on. It is a box connected directly on top of the under dash fuse box. It is very hard to get out, and they are hard to find for the older trucks. You either have to buy used or remanufactured, and the model number of your part has to exactly match or all of your options will not work. I’m still trying to get one for mine, but haven’t had any luck. I have looked for a cross reference part #, but haven’t had any luck. Even my call to Ford ended with them telling me to find an electronics repair shop that can refurbish mine. I still haven’t found one that will guarantee the part for more than 30 days, and they want me to send my part to them and then wait for them to make the repair and they will mail it back. The cost is astronomical too! To have mine repaired it was $400, and if I want to take a chance on a junkyard part, I can get one for $150. The junkyard part is only guaranteed with an exchange if the part they send don’t work. I can’t find any information on specs, or any testing methods. I’ve even tried to get nomenclature to find out what the model #digits mean. There is mot much good info on this part. I hope this helps. Make sure you have the windshield resealed before replacing the part if that’s what yours turns out to be.

So driving down the road and the solution came to me, in the form of my under dash fuse panel. It caught fire! Got it out with minimal damage. New fuse panel (and a couple short wire repairs), no more issues! Not my preferred way of finding the issue but it is solved and fixed.

If you have the 4R70E or W transmission there’s an issue with the design of the drum in the transmission and the valves sticking in the valve body. They make a better designed drum to fix the problem.

I ended up getting my truck towed to the dealership, a broken wire in the harness going to the fuel pump relay switch which is located above the fuel tank on the cross member, when the sensor is not working it will not spark , they found the break in the wire and replaced the sensor, cause the location is a common problem, it's not protected very good and basically rots. Hopefully this helps :)

My pick up does not accelerate

Ford F-150 1998  140000 miles
It started with jerks while driving; when starting gold y vibrates and then it normalizes. While driving it losed power as if choking a little, but now it got worse. It chokes while accelerating and sounds as if exploding, when I let go it keeps driving; if I accelerate again it does the same but it doesn't stall. If I turn it off for 5 seconds it works for 10 minutes and then it fails again. I alreadi cleaned the injectors, changed spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, coils and their sensors. I've already had this problem for a year and they can't solve it, yesterday I scanned it and had air sensor error, but changing it didn't fix it.

Bruce from United States a year ago
If the fuel pump relay is not pulling in and you are not getting any injector pulse, there could be a problem with the PCM (powertrain control module) or with a component related to the fuel injectors.
Here are a few things you can try:

Check the fuel pressure. If the fuel pressure is too low, the injectors may not be getting the fuel they need to function properly. Use a fuel pressure gauge to check the pressure at the fuel rail. The pressure should be within the manufacturer's specified range.
Check the fuel pump. If the fuel pump is not functioning properly, it may not be able to provide the fuel pressure needed to activate the injectors. You can test the fuel pump by listening for a humming noise when the key is turned to the "on" position.
Check the fuel pump relay. If the fuel pump relay is not functioning properly, it may not be providing power to the fuel pump. You can test the fuel pump relay by jumping it out, as you mentioned.
Check the wiring. Check the wiring harness and connectors for any loose, damaged, or corroded wires. Make sure all connections are secure and free of any visible damage.
Check the PCM. The PCM is responsible for controlling the fuel injectors, and if it is not functioning properly it may not provide the necessary input to allow injector pulse. You may need to have the PCM checked and possibly replaced.
I recommend having a mechanic diagnose and repair this issue to ensure that the problem is properly addressed and the vehicle is safe to drive.

The pcm fuse in the interior fuse box on the driver side is blown. It happens when the fuel module goes out or has a bad ground. The wire harness for the pcm runs through the frame of the truck. I went through 3 pcm and probably 20 fuses trying to figure why I had this issue. There is an exposed wire running from the wire harness touching the frame. Good luck

I seperated the circuit boards and foun a blown trace. Completeley seperated trace, finger, run or whatecer you wish to call it. It was completely seperated like a ¼in gap seperation. Won't turn over not getting fuel

Ford F-150 2012 F-150/3.7/v6 167000 miles
Replaced fuel pump but still get signs. It's a fuel pump. Think it's fuses. Loses power, Dogg's out, acts like transmission out, I have to manually change gears for it to try and go, backfires under hood also during all this. Then after a spell it runs fine. Unless gas is gone. Then it's hard to start have to add are lease half tank bang on it and constantly spray starting fluid with pedale to medal then after three cans starts. Does this Only when a quarter to none of gas in the tank left though. They say catalyst converter are clogged up is why ts doing that.

It sounds like there may be multiple issues with your Ford F-150. Here are a few possibilities:

Fuel pump: If the fuel pump was recently replaced but you're still experiencing problems with your vehicle starting, it's possible that the new fuel pump wasn't installed correctly, or that there's a problem with the wiring or fuel lines that is affecting its performance.
Fuel system: If you're experiencing problems with the fuel system, such as the engine losing power or the vehicle stalling, there could be an issue with the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, or injectors.
Catalytic converter: If the catalytic converter is clogged, this can cause issues with the engine's performance, including reduced power and backfires.
Electrical: If you're experiencing problems with the electrical system, such as the starter or fuel pump not engaging, there could be a problem with the fuses, battery, alternator, or wiring.

Check fuse 27 under the hood and see what it looks like… ughh just had this same problem the past two months with my 2012 F150 and wasted stupid crazy money on fuel pump, fuel filter, and the relay, etc. and found this video on YouTube and it was the stupidest, easiest, less than 3$ fix of the fuel pump fuse under the hood in the box it’s fuse spot number 27 and it’s a yellow 20 amp fuse. If you pull it out and it looks anything like in this video than that’s what it is… unfortunately in his case he got a cheap fuse spot changer kit and relocate that fuse but luckily in my case my fuse space wasn’t compromised just fuse was melted and a little around the upper part of the fuse site 27.

There may be more but that's what will allows my truck to run. I have a broken steering lock And no Ignition switch. It is supposed to have a key fob. But I do not have those keys anymore. It's still runs just by. I took all the boxes out. And that's where I'm at with it.

Fully charged battery drains in my driveway

Could the water inside my module have fried (fused) my relay closed? Causing my battery to drain...is my relay hard wired as I've read online...or can I just change it out and install my new driver module...what order should I do this. Thanks for any help...Jimmy

No start after dieing

Ford F-150 1992  1660000 miles
Engine was running fine while warming it up on a cold. After 15 min of running i was about to put it in gear and it just died and would not refire. I began to diagnose by checking for spark at plugs, none, fuel rail pressure, none, all the fuses are good and the breaker for the fuel pump is good. I have power on 1 side of the ignition coil but none on the other when cranking over. I have no power to the fuel pump but i have it at the fuse and relay. After it died I thought I smelled smoke in the cab but cant find anything burnt. I removed the ECM and it smells a little like it but i'm not sure… Read complete

My 2003 F 150 is in mint condition and well maintained. It has a brand new battery and started great yesterday but it won’t crank this morning.

It has great cranking power but won’t turn over. The starting/cranking has great power but the engine won’t engage/start.

Won't start

Ford F-150 2001 4.6 336000 miles
Ok my dad was driving and he said everything just shut off on him. I changed out the alternator, battery, starter, starter relay, and PCM relay. Fuel pump I can hear, I can turn the crankshaft by hand. I checked all fuses and other relays some fuses ain't getting any power to it. Could it be the PCM? I don't wanna change that out a second opinion. Someone anyone please help.

Good battery new alternator, starter, fuel pump & pat relays. What passive theft or other fuses should I check under hood, passenger side & driver side. Tried jumping then tested battery. Please do not answer throw her in the trash she's otherwise been real good to me & I treat her well too.
