Just started (rainy day, of course). Windows operate fine, but roll down when the key is turned off. The reset seems unsuccessful

The YouTube suggestion of rolling up and holding didn't help. What DID help was the dreaded Hard Reset. The only way I could achieve this was to (while key was still on//otherwise roll down). I disconnected NEG for about 10 minutes and then reconnected with key in the off position. The following day, everything works, including the BOSE, which kept doing its own thing, reset time one hour back, and tune Satellite radio to its channel. *** I suspect that towing a UHaul trailer may have contributed to the gremlins.

Traverse 2017 LTPassenger window won't roll down from driver window panel but will roll up. However, on the passenger panel, the window will roll up and down from that side though.
