Can't identify problem

My car will start up in the morning but if you turn it off it will startup run for a couple seconds and cut out(sounds like its running on 2 cylinders)I've replaced coil packs,spark plugs done oil and filter change ive taken it to mechanic had it scanned and nothing comes up
