Coolant Leak on the top of the Engine

I seem to have a coolant leak that is in an easily accessible spot. Is this something I can repair myself?
The leak appears to be coming from the top of the engine near the battery and then dripping down onto the timing belt. There are no apparent cracks or sprays, which leads me to believe it's a seal
