Oil Change

Chevrolet HHR 2007  960000 miles
It's been only ten days since the oil change has been made and it is indicating that the car needs an oil change. What can be happening?

You need to reset the oil life counter. To do so, this are the steps you should follow: 1. introduce the ignition key an turn it to On but without starting the engine. 2. in the steering wheel, press the buttons "Information" and "Restore" at the same time. The following screen should be the customization menu. 3. navigate through the options of the menu by pressing the "Information" button until you reach a screen known as "Restore oil life". 4. Press and keep pressed the "Info" button for some seconds, until the screen indicates "Recognized". This means that the indicator of your oil life has been restored. 5. Remove the ignition key. If you have any problems, there are very practical tutorials on YouTube. Hope it helps.

It is not only two buttons but three that need to be pressed to enter the menu from where the oil can be restored. The third one is the "Enter" button, the lowest one which has a bent arrow form. By pressing the three of them you will access the menu.

Run then no start

Chevrolet HHR 2007  188000 miles
I can drive 10 miles with no problems. All fluids good and no leaks. Thermostat new as well as oil. Battery from 2018 still holds charge and will start car but not until it sits for hr hrs for cooling down. Antifreeze not leaking and is only 3 yrs old from last flush. What electrical component causes this? Relay overheating or sensor? Please advise. Btw, antifreeze temps are stable at around 150-160 at idle. I've seen as high as 180 on the road.
