Jerking when the gear is in reverse or drive during low speed.

Experiencing hesitation during acceleration. Just cleaned fuel injectors. Ignition coil and spark plug is good. Cleaned the throttle body and still experiencing same issue. Just changed the atf and filter also the fuel filter.
